1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Zoram Infonet Pvt. Ltd., you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Zoram Infonet Pvt. Ltd. provides broadband internet services to customers residing in Aizawl, Mizoram. Our services include internet access at various speeds and plans. Detailed service plans and pricing are available on our website or by contacting us directly.
3. Payment Terms
All payments for our services must be made through our designated online payment gateway. Payment details and amounts will be provided to you during the sign-up process. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment methods.
4. Service Activation
Service activation will occur upon successful receipt of payment. Please allow up to 48 hours for service activation after payment has been processed.
5. Customer Obligations
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
6. Limitation of Liability
Zoram Infonet Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data or profit.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions.

Return & Refund Policy

At Zoram Infonet Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide our customers with the best broadband services. However, if you are not satisfied with our service, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy below.
1. Service Cancellation
- Cancellation by Customer: Customers may cancel their service subscription by contacting our customer support at least 30 days in advance. The service will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Cancellation by Zoram Infonet: We reserve the right to cancel the service due to non-payment or violation of our terms of service. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
2. Refund Policy
- Service Non-Activation: If the service has not been activated within 15 days of the scheduled activation date due to reasons attributable to Zoram Infonet, customers are entitled to a full refund of any prepaid fees.
- Service Disruption: In the event of continuous service disruption for more than 72 hours, customers may request a prorated refund for the period of disruption.
- Prepaid Plans: Refunds for prepaid plans are generally not available except in cases of service non-activation or prolonged disruption.

4. Processing Refunds
